Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an expressive therapy rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can be based either on creating one's own art or viewing someone else's art in order to help people explore their emotions, address unresolved emotional conflicts, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, develop interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, etc. The main goal is to express one's self through various mediums of art forms with the single purpose of gaining a better understanding of oneself.
